Cranberry Cheese Turkey Casserole

This was originally suppose to be a roll-up in a tortilla, but DH doesn't like rolls. So I changed it to a casserole.
For this recipe you will need:
1 can of whole cranberry sauce (place in bowl and mush up)
1 pkg. large tortillas
1 can cream of chicken or cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup (mix with 1/2 can milk to soup)
1 to 2 Lbs. (good quality) deli turkey meat ( you could also use left over turkey chunks)
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 sm. white onion, chopped finely (if you like onions. If not omit)
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and maybe even a dash of Old Bay Seasoning.
I like to try a little different seasonings in my dishes but you will notice I almost always use garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Pray the casserole dish 13 x 9, with a good cooking spray. Then rip up one or two tortillas to cover the bottom of the pan. Mix in the bowl with the soup some of the cheeses. Pour some spoonfuls of this on the tortillas then place turkey on this.
In a separate bowl mix the cranberry with the onion. Add spoonfuls of this on the top of the turkey and keep doing layers. If you only want 2 layers then make the layers more generous. Put a layer of cheese on the very top. Cook at 325 for about 25 min. or until bubbly. You might even want to add chunks of cream cheese to this.
Geniet van uw voedsel, Bobbi Jo
